A beautiful Napa Valley Chardonnay characterized by apple, pear and tropical fruits. Great round mouthfeel, with a long toasty oak finish (no butter-bomb here). Kent's respect for his grapes rivals that of the US-USSR during the Cold War, so expect great things.
The nose is rich and complex with bright apple fruit and more “deep” tropical fruit and toasty oak characteristics. The mouth echoes the components in the nose with a rich round mouth-feel. Sensitive palates might also find a medley of spice notes—particularly celery-seed, cinnamon and vanilla.
