Growing conditions in 2010, particularly in the Central Coast, produced a wine that's exceptional despite its young age. Throw in the seasoned touch of famed winemaker Alan Phillips and you get a wine that displays bright fruit, soft tannins and crisp acid.

Medium light cherry-berry reflecting its young age, but a silky smoothness totally at odds with its youngness. Probably not a cellar keeper, but it sure is good now. Had a patio BBQ tonight and the 3L was devoured. Just ordered 6L more.
